The basics of enrolling with Elite Math Academy — fees, cancellation, lessons and materials.

Enrolment is confirmed once the enrolment form has been completed and an Elite Math Academy administrator has confirmed placement, usually on WhatsApp. Placement in a class depends on the learner’s grade and curriculum and on available space in that class.
Package fees are charged monthly in advance and are listed on the packages page. There is no registration or joining fee. Fees are payable by the date agreed with the administrator at enrolment. Access to live classes and materials may be paused where fees remain unpaid.
There is no fixed contract term. Either party may end the arrangement by giving notice before the next monthly cycle begins. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and the learner keeps access for the remainder of that month.
Classes are delivered online at the times shown on the timetable. Times may change with reasonable notice. Lessons are recorded and shared with enrolled learners for revision. Recordings, notes, past papers and other materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal use and may not be shared, resold or published.
Learners are expected to treat tutors and classmates respectfully during live classes and on WhatsApp. Elite Math Academy may remove a learner from a class for disruptive or abusive behaviour.
Elite Math Academy provides tuition, materials and mentorship in good faith. Results depend on the learner’s attendance, effort and circumstances, and no specific mark or outcome is guaranteed.
Personal information collected during enrolment is used to place the learner, communicate with the parent or guardian, and administer the account. It is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled families.
